Bringing Awareness, One Step at a Time
From the outside, it looked like I had everything figured out — running a thriving marketing agency in Los Angeles, leading campaigns with over 1,233% ROAS. But behind closed doors, I was breaking. Bipolar disorder, addiction, and depression followed me everywhere — from the boardroom to family dinners.
I wore the mask of success by day and fell apart by night. My wife, Anna, watched me fade, and my kids saw a father who was there but not really present.
Everything changed with three words: “I need help.” Through therapy, recovery, and my family’s love, I began rebuilding — one day, one honest moment at a time. Now, over 260 days sober, I’m learning that healing isn’t something you do alone.
